We are eating the last of the organic Colorado peach - we couldn't have asked for a more juicy flavorful box of peaches! In the meantime, a mango I had on hand and bananas are ripening at warp speed. Time to prepare some more baby food for the freezer!
I had three ounces that I couldn't fit into the freezer molds so I put the remaining amount into my new Zen & Lock dish. The beautiful ceramic bowl and lockable BPA-free lid were perfect for keeping the leftovers fresh and made reheating a breeze!
Banana Mango Peach Baby Food
Makes 15 (1 ounce) cubes
1 mango, peeled and cubed
3 peaches, pit removed
3 bananas, peeled
Place the mango, peaches and bananas in a medium bowl. Using a blender (I prefer a hand-held immersion blender) puree until smooth or until you reach the desired consistency. Pour into silicone cube trays. Freeze. Once frozen remove from trays and place into labels freezer bags.
