Make-Your-Own Sushi

For our sushi assortment, I purchased three variaties from our local Japanese restaurant.  I also set out a make-your-own sushi bar.  Guests could assemble their own sushi rolls making it a fun hands-on project.

Assorted Sushi

Sushi nori, cut into 2-inch squares
Cucumbers, cut into matchsticks
Carrots, cut into matchsticks
Imitation crab, cut into small cubes
Cream cheese, rolled into dime-size balls
Asparagus, cooked and sliced into matchsticks

Using a piece of sushi nori, top with desired ingredients.  Fold and enjoy.
